Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13 in 1981) is an American actor. He began his career with performances in television shows such as in Opposite Sex in 2000. In the following years, he appeared in numerous teen films including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he gained attention for his portrayal of Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has also been featured in film versions of comics and graphic novel TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). Evans' portrayal as Steve Rogers as Captain America was featured is in his role in Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame 2019, brought him more acceptance. In the course of his Marvel work, he became one the most highly-paid actors on the planet.
